1. Cut all cucumbers, peppers and avocado into sticks
2. Cut all other veggies in small pieces
3. Cut protein into cubes
4. Place rice paper, one at a time, into a bowl of water for 10-15 seconds
5. Take the rice paper out and place on a plate
6. Place all veggies and your protein in the middle of the rice paper wrap
7. Fold the top and bottom of the rice paper in towards your veggies and protein
8. Roll the rice paper roll like a burrito
9. Dip in your favorite low calorie sauce or eat plain
