Smoothie:
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Homemade berry compote:
Put the frozen berries, dates, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until a desired texture has been achieved.
Put compote in a pan for about 20min, until it gets the consistency of jam. The longer you let it cook, the thicker it will get.
Put the smoothie in a bowl or glass, top with non-dairy yogurt, fresh berries and your homemade compote. Enjoy!
