Melt your chocolates separated by flavor in a double boiler or in the microwave.
To create the Matcha flavor add ½ tsp of sifted matcha powder to one cup white chocolate, stir until blended.
Dip washed and *dried* strawberries into desired chocolate flavors. The chocolates harden quickly so that it is easy to layer the flavors and colors. Place on parchment paper to solidify, and serve at room temperature.
